APP GC50 GC75 High Head Sewage Grinder Pump

The GC series, manufactured by APP, are a range of 3phs high head submersible sewage grinder pumps are of cast iron construction. 

These GC-50 and GC-75 Pumps can be utilised in sewage stations and for servicing groups of houses where drainage by gravity is not possible. 

They are ideally suited to applications where effluent is required to be pumped over a long distance, through a small bore pipe. The high heads produced, with only limited horsepower motors, also make them suitable for agricultural disposal systems that feed sprinklers. 

In industrial applications, they are used for pumping fibrous material which requires pulverising before transfer. 

The pump stand, motor head cover, motor frame are in cast iron and the impeller is engineered from ductile-iron. The 410 stainless steel shaft has a double oil bathed mechanical seal arrangement which increased reliability and longevity.

They are available for free standing or for guide rail mounting when supplied with the auto coupling accessory.
