Is carriage included?  All items include free* of charge delivery which is carried out the very next working day.  If you need a specific early delivery or weekend delivery then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will gladly assist.

Does my pump include a warranty?  Yes all items supplied from Henry Pumps include a full manufacturers warranty as standard.  We only sell reputable and reliable products.  The absolute minimum warranty provided on any of our products is 12 months and in some instances up to 3 years.  We do not sell "throw-away pumps".  Total peace of mind when purchasing from Henry Pumps.  Give us a call and ask.

Right to repair!  As mentioned above, we absolutely do not sell disposable pumps.  We are very conscious with regards to our impact on the environment and believe it is fundamentally RIGHT TO REPAIR your hardware in this day and age.  In our opinion too many purchases are deemed as scrap as soon as something goes wrong and all of this "scrap" has to go somewhere, usually landfill, thus polluting our environment even more.  By always sourcing quality equipment we ensure that all of our units are repairable, in turn reducing our impact on the environment. 

Pump maintenance!  We offer a dedicated engineering service to maintain, look after and repair all of your pump units purchased from Henry Pumps.  Initial inspections and reports will always be free of charge which allows you to make an informed decision about the best course of action.

Are my details secure?  Yes our website is secure and includes comprehensive SSL certification.  We use Stripe, PayPal, Klarna and Apple Pay as our payment merchants who offer unrivalled levels of security.
