The EGO 500 puddle sucker pump is an automatic 1 inch submersible pump with the option to be operated manually, by flicking a simple toggle switch.
When switched to automatic the operating range is: on at 130mm - off at 70mm). When switched to manual it can pump down to 10mm from a priming depth of 30mm.
A truly versatile pump that is suitable for flood water ingress, basements, lift shafts, tanks and shallow sumps. The top discharge outlet design makes it perfectly placed in narrow sumps and flat, shallow or awkward areas, as motor cooling is provided when the water is pumped up and out of the discharge. With the top outlet design it offers excellent motor cooling when operating even in shallow water.
Constructed in robust thermoplastic it also benefits from a triple lip seal for wear resistance.
The EGO 500 puddle pump offers great performance in clean water domestic and light duty applications such as cellars, basements, tanks, shallow or narrow sumps but we do not recommend it for ponds of water features.
Supplied with 10 metre power cable in 230v only.
Clean water pump suitable for particle handling up to 9mm.
1 inch outlet port - a screw on hose tail is provided, but the pump also incorporates a 1 inch male BSP thread.
