The FL-5 AdBlue® Pump is a compact, self-priming diaphragm pump designed specifically for the safe and efficient transfer of AdBlue® (DEF) and other urea-based solutions. Built for light commercial, agricultural, and fleet use, the FL-5 offers portable reliability and consistent performance when dispensing from containers, drums, or IBC tanks.
The FL-5 pumps are for pumping AdBlue and other liquids from the urea manufacturing process. They are diaphragm pumps, with by-pass valves and integral on/off switches.

Safe Transfer, No Contamination
Unlike makeshift pumps, the FL-5 is designed specifically for AdBlue®, helping you maintain compliance with vehicle manufacturer standards and environmental guidelines. Its materials are non-reactive and non-corrosive, preventing degradation of fluid quality during transfer.
Pump inlets and outlets are 1 FBSP, but 1 to 25mm and 1 to 20mm hose barbs are included for use with flexible hose. Supplied as pump only, optional extras available on the drop down menu to create a pumping kit include manual nozzles*, discharge hose, suction hose (with a foot valve) and flow-meter.
They MUST NOT pump petrol, high viscosity liquids, chemicals, solvents or products with a low flash point.
* Some vehicles will not accept this size of nozzle (please check with our sales department for guidance)
