GMP HGM Self-Priming Dirty Water Pump Rugged, High-Flow Pumping for Construction, Agriculture & Wastewater
The GMP HGM is a high-performance, self-priming cast iron pump engineered for demanding dirty water applications. Built for professionals who need reliable, fast, and heavy-duty water transfer, this Italian-made unit is ideal for construction sites, irrigation systems, flood control, and slurry or sediment-laden water handling.
Thanks to its robust design, high flow capacity, and excellent suction performance, the HGM is a favourite among farmers, contractors, and industrial users alike.
Manufactured by the industry leading experts at GMP, introducing the HGM range of heavy duty cast iron self-priming pumps.
The GMP is a self priming electric pump with multi-blade impeller, suitable for pumping clean and dirty water, however it is not suitable for pumping abrasives.

Tough Enough for the Worst Conditions
This cast iron pump body delivers exceptional durability in rugged environments, while the open impeller design enables the GMP HGM to handle dirty water with suspended solids, light sludge, and sediment without clogging.
Perfect for:
Building & site dewatering
Agricultural irrigation or slurry management
Emergency flood response or tank drainage
Industrial process water or sediment-rich transfer
Heavy-duty domestic or commercial water movement
As standard, a non-return valve is fitted on the inlet of the pump body to avoid the loss of water after the pump has stopped, making it easier to re-prime during the next pumping cycle.
Maximum suction depth of 6 metres and a maximum liquid temperature of 60°c.
You can be assured of build quality, the pump casing, inlet flange and impeller are made from cast iron with a stainless steel shaft and carbon mechanical seal.
Models 4kW and above now supplied on a skid base.
