Manufactured right here in the UK, the hose ramp offered exclusively by Henry Pumps is a road ramp system designed for the conveyance of liquids including water, sewage sludges and slurries.
Acting just like any other length of hose in the system, the hose ramp allows the user to pump liquid across roads and pathways while minimising impact to their operation. This robust road ramp allows people, vehicular and plant traffic to cross without disrupting a pumping application.
Do away with the need to bury pipework or erect costly overhead gantry systems. The hose ramp from Henry Pumps has been proof load tested up to an incredible 13 tonnes!
Benefiting from a 6 inch PN16 flange as standard, this allows the hose ramp to be extremely versatile and we can adapt it to any coupling - Bauer, Perrot, Storz, Cam, BSP Thread, Fire Coupling etc.
Many years combined experience of building and working with road ramps has allowed us to offer this brand new design. No cumbersome box sections or sharp triangular apex here, instead we have engineered the unit offering a beautiful low apex curved design, ensuring operator comfort when traversing the ramp. Furthermore, this unit will not block up, even on the heaviest of sewage laden projects*.
The hose ramp system is also fully stackable which allows neat and tidy storage in compact areas.
4 lifting eyes are included as well as bolt down eyes if the user wishes to secure the unit to the surface on a more permanent basis.
Finally the hose ramp is completed in an anti-slip steel chequer plate surface and high quality paint finish.

Great road ramp!
I have used many variations of this over the years but I have to say this is the best I have come across. I used this on my farm when we needed to cross the lane and it is so sturdy, even when crossing in our JCB Fastrac. It didn't even budge! It looks great too. Will use it again.
