Settlement Tank

The settlement tank, manufactured in-house by Henry Pumps Ltd, is a crucial piece of equipment for anybody discharging water and is used across construction sites to aid in the clarification of water, and protecting the environment by removing suspended solids and impurities, including oils.

Designed to handle large volumes of water and allowing to separate silt and oils, settlement tanks are invaluable in numerous businesses and industries.

With many authorities and environmental agencies now recommending that settlement tanks and other similar products are used for certain applications, it’s crucial that you can find a robust and reliable tank which maintains full pumping capacity whilst avoiding potentially blocked drains.

Each of our settlement tanks are constructed from steel, which includes heavy duty lifting eyes and drain bungs, and incorporate a number of baffle plates within for the separation of oils and sediment in separate compartments.  The final compartment integrates a specially designed V-notch which allows for the clearer waters to weir up and out the other side.

Fork lift pockets included.

As standard, each settlement tank includes a 6 inch Bauer type Lever Lock inlet port, and two 6 inch Bauer type Lever Lock outlets.
