The AKM60 manufactured by Speroni Pumps is a self-priming, peripheral centrifugal pump with a cast iron pump body and bronze impeller. It has a brass impellers, cast iron body and a 304 stainless steel shaft with a carbon-ceramic-NBR mechanical seals. The motor has IP44 protection and incorporates an overload protection device.
Being able to develop a high head, with a relatively small motor, it is well suited to domestic and industrial applications such as sprinkling, circulation, feeding pressurised boilers etc.
It is designed for pumping clean water only, at liquid temperatures up to 60ºC.
These pumps should not be allowed to run dry, but by fitting an optional pressure controller, they can be protected from this and also able to start and stop automatically.
It is capable of self-priming up to 7 meters.
Manufactured by Speroni Pumps, this pump benefits from the Speroni 2 year guarantee.
