The Tsurumi LB480 Premium Pump Kit is the most complete and site-ready version of our LB480 flood pump range. Designed for users who want fast deployment, reliable performance and no messing around with loose fittings, this premium bundle includes the proven Tsurumi LB480 2″ submersible drainage pump with two x 25 metre heavy-duty layflat hose assemblies, each pre-fitted with aluminium camlock couplings.
The pump is supplied with a 2″ Type A aluminium camlock fitted to the outlet, allowing the first hose to connect quickly and securely using its Type C camlock coupling. Each hose is also fitted with a Type E camlock coupling at the opposite end, allowing the two hoses to be linked together for an extended discharge run of up to 50 metres.
No loose fittings. No site assembly. No hunting around for clips, couplers or compatible hose. Just connect, position and pump.

Designed for Fast Site Deployment
When water needs moving quickly, setup time matters.
With standard loose hose kits, operators often need to fit hose tails, tighten clips, check coupler sizes, find missing fittings and make sure everything is watertight before the pump can be used. That might be acceptable for occasional use, but on a wet site, flooded basement, trench, excavation or emergency call-out, wasted time costs money.
The Tsurumi LB480 Premium Pump Kit removes that problem. The hose assemblies are already made up, the camlock arrangement is matched, and the pump is supplied with the correct Type A camlock fitting installed on the outlet.
Simply connect the Type C coupling on the hose to the Type A coupling on the pump, roll out the hose, place the pump and start pumping.
50 Metres of Heavy-Duty Layflat Hose Included
The Premium kit includes two separate 25 metre lengths of 2″ layflat hose.
This gives you flexibility on site:
- Use one 25m hose for shorter runs
- Connect both hoses together for an extended 50m discharge route

The Tsurumi LB480 is a compact, robust and highly regarded 2″ contractor drainage pump. It is widely used for construction site dewatering, flood defence, utilities, groundworks and general water removal where reliability is essential.
Despite its compact size, the LB480 delivers powerful performance, with a maximum flow rate of 225 litres per minute and a maximum head of 11 metres. Its semi-vortex impeller design and tough construction make it suitable for site water containing sand, silt and small suspended solids.
This makes the Premium kit ideal for both planned and reactive water removal.
